North Hills (Wexford area) general contractor company in need of capable Office Administrator.

Duties to include:

· Submittal processing

· RFI (Request for Information) processing

· Assist with payroll processing

· Correspondence with Project Managers, owners or owners rep of projects and subcontractors

· Change order processing

· Assist in preparing bid documents and proposal forms as well as sending out bid invites and making phone calls.

· Issuing and processing subcontract agreements and purchase orders

· Assist Project Manager with owner contract documentation

· Preparation of general correspondence and reports

· Answer phones, customer service


· 3+ years of administrative support experience (within contractor enviro a plus)

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to meet deadlines as needed

· Proficient MSOffice skills
