Pittsburgh area franchiser in need of a Development Assistant.  

·        Assist with conducting training sessions for franchisees  

·        Ensure training materials and processes meet the franchise’s quality and operational standards

·        Collaborate with franchise owners and managers to assess training needs

·        Assist in tailoring of training programs to the franchise’s needs

·        Provide constructive feedback to trainees and assist with their development

·        Related admin and general office support duties

Requirements:

·        2+ years of heavy customer service/client support

·        Professional verbal and written communication skills

·        Proficient MSOffice skills

·        Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·        Team player willing to help where assistance is needed
