Wexford area services company in need of an Office Admin/Inside Sales Associate.

Duties to include:

· Document and correspondence preparation

· Accounts receivable support

· Follow up on responses to social media posts

· Appointment scheduling and calendar management

· Handle incoming and initiate outgoing calls

· A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

· Professional communication and customer service skills

· General A/R management experience

· Proficient MSWord and Excel skills; QuickBooks experience a plus

· Strong organizational and time management skills

· Team player willing to help where needed
