Pittsburgh (Wexford) area company is in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Preparation of various correspondence, spreadsheets and reports

· Scheduling and calendar management

· Assist with general bookkeeping

· Data entry and proofreading

· Phone coverage, client support

· A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

· Previous like admin/office support experience

· Proficient MSOffice skills

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Working knowledge of QuickBooks preferred
