Pittsburgh (Warrendale area) service company in need of Administrative Assistant.  

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Basic bookkeeping entries
  • Customer support
  • A variety of related admin and general office duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like admin/office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Basic QuickBooks experience
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
