Duties to include:
- Preparation of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Basic bookkeeping entries
- Customer support
- A variety of related admin and general office duties
- Previous like admin/office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Basic QuickBooks experience
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
