Pittsburgh (Warrendale) area company is in need of Administrative/Bookkeeping support.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence and reports
  • Light phone coverage as needed
  • Processing of A/P and A/R
  • Assist with payroll processing
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like admin and bookkeeping experience
  • Proficient MSOffice and QuickBooks skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

NOTE:  Schedule is 3 days per week
