Pittsburgh area company in need of a Office/Sales Assistant

Duties to include:

·         Greet visitors, answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person/department

·         Calendar and schedule management

·         Document and spreadsheet prep; data entry

·         Assist with invoicing, sales order entry and processing payments

·         Other duties and projects as assigned  

Requirements:

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software (accounting)

·         Strong organizational and multitasking skills

·         Attention to detail

·         Team player
