Pittsburgh area company in need of an Administrative/Customer Support Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Prepare and update reports related to client and customer information

·         Scheduling and calendar management of staff work schedules

·         Process return authorizations for equipment returns and repairs

·         Create and forward customer invoices

·         A variety of related admin and general office support duties

Requirements:

·         2+ years of general admin/office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong multitasking and detail skills  

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with basic/intermediate QuickBooks skills

·         Team player willing to assist where needed
