Pittsburgh (Warrendale area) company in need of Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Greet visitors, answer phones and direct calls to appropriate person/department.

· General admin/clerical duties such as filing, data entry, scheduling meetings, daily distribution of mail and more

· Invoicing, sales order entry, process credit card payments.

· Other related project/department support work as needed.


· 1+ year of related office support experience

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Working knowledge of MSWord, Excel and Outlook

· Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills

· Team player willing to assist others as needed
