Pittsburgh (Sewickley) area company in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Meet/greet clients and visitors in person and over the phone
  • Assist with general bookkeeping duties
  • A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of like experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong working knowledge of QuickBooks
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
