Inside Sales Representative ($45,000-55,000 per year)

Pittsburgh area company is in need of an Inside Sales Representative to support their well established outside sales team.  

Duties will include:

·         Answering phone calls & emails

·         Handling requests for quotes, order entry, delivery status and product returns

·         Helping to resolve customer problems & questions

·         Following overdue payments on accounts

·         Maintaining customer database records

·         Providing guidance and support throughout the sales process.

·         Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

·         Learn and maintain basic product knowledge

·         Work with Outside Sales Team to increase sales through these support efforts.

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like inside sales or customer service experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

·         Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills

·         Ability to work independently and as part of a team

·         Proficient PC/software skills
