Pittsburgh (Ross Twp) area consulting firm is in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Preparation of business correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

·         Database management

·         Project support as needed

·         A variety of related admin and general office support functions

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as needed

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player
