Pittsburgh area law firm is in need of a capable Admin Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of documents, reports and spreadsheets
  • Calendar/schedule management
  • Data entry in to client files
  • Basic research and proofreading
  • A variety of related general office support duties


  • Previous like admin support experience (legal office experience a big plus)
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Professional verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Accurate typing/data entry skills

NOTE: Schedule is 20-32 hours per week…can be flexible
