Pittsburgh area investment advisory group is in need of a (Remote) Retirement Plan Administrator.  The selected candidate will be a positive, self-motivated individual that will be responsible for an assigned caseload of 401(k) Plans.

Responsibilities to include:  

Overseeing all facets of Plan administration and annual compliance testing of qualified plans which includes, but not limited to:

·       Prepare, interpret and analyze the Plan Document

·       Data Collection and determination of Plan eligibility

·       Annual Nondiscrimination testing

·       Preparation of Form 5500 reports

·       Calculate contribution scenarios for Plan sponsors

·       Trust accounting and reconciliation

·       Preparation and review of participant loan and distribution packages as needed

·       Response to administrative questions from clients and advisors

·       Tracking and monitoring of job progress to meet compliance deadlines

Requirements:

·       Minimum of 1 year of plan administration preferred but not required

·       College degree or comparable professional work experience

·       Ability to multi-task; strong organizational skills, attention to detail

·       Superior communication and interpersonal skills with clients and co-workers

*NOTE:  Must live within manageable travel area for occasional in office staff meetings.
