Pittsburgh area investment advisory group is in need of an experienced Administrative/Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

·       Update Several Internal Databases as Needed

·       Prepare Reports from the Database

·       Assist Controller with: Accounts Payable, Daily Management Reports, and other 

·       Prepare and Reconcile Monthly Billing Spreadsheets for Management Team Members

·       Prepare Monthly/Quarterly Profitability Reports

·       Follow up on past due invoices

·       Enter and Track Billable Hours

·       Assist with Accounts Receivable

·       General Filing

·       Scanning Projects

·       Copy/Bind Client Reports

·       Answering Phones and Directing Calls

·       Backup to other administrative staff as needed

Requirements:

·       2+ years of like experience

·       Professional verbal and written communication skills

·       Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·       Proficient MSOffice skills

·       QuickBooks experience
