Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of a part-time candidate to support their sales group.

Duties to include:

  • Prepare related correspondence and documentation
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Track shipments and monitor delivery schedules
  • Provide general assistance to clients (via phone/email) as needed
  • Additional general office duties as required 


  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Previous customer service/inside sales support experience a plus
  • Team player willing to help where needed

NOTE: This is a part-time position…20-30 hours per week.
