Pittsburgh (Gibsonia area) company in need of professional Customer/Client Service Rep.

Duties to include:

  • Provide professional customer support via phone, online and related
  • Receive, process and follow up on order from placement to shipment
  • Scheduling and calendar maintenance
  • Data entry in sales database and related technology
  • A variety of related inside sales/customer support duties

Requirements:

  • Previous like inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong PC skills and overall tech savvy (website, apps, etc)
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task within a fast paced office
  • Self drive and goal oriented (to maximize on bonus $ opptys)

Note:  Schedule is 24-30 hours per week
