Pittsburgh (Gibsonia area) company in need of professional Customer/Client Service Rep.
Duties to include:
- Provide professional customer support via phone, online and related
- Receive, process and follow up on order from placement to shipment
- Scheduling and calendar maintenance
- Data entry in sales database and related technology
- A variety of related inside sales/customer support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like inside sales and/or customer service experience preferred
- Strong PC skills and overall tech savvy (website, apps, etc)
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task within a fast paced office
- Self drive and goal oriented (to maximize on bonus $ opptys)
Note: Schedule is 24-30 hours per week
