Pittsburgh area company is in need of an experienced Office Administrator.

Duties to include:

·         Answer incoming calls as needed

·         Provide client and vendor support

·         Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         General A/P, A/R and account reconciliations

·         Assist with various projects as needed

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Proficient MSOffice and QuickBooks skills
