Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company is in need of an experienced Office Assistant.to provide excellent administrative and customer support.
Duties to include:
- Answer incoming calls
- Calendar and schedule management
- Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets
- Assist with preparation A/P and A/R
- Additional general office support duties
Requirements:
- Previous like office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate MSOffice skills and working knowledge of QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to help where needed
