Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of an Administrative/Office Assistant.

Duties to include:

  • Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Basic bookkeeping support
  • Provide support to established and new clients
  • A variety of related office support duties

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of like admin/office support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic QuickBooks
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player willing to help where and when needed
