Pittsburgh (Gibsonia) area company in need of an Administrative/Office Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Preparation of general correspondence, spreadsheets and reports
- Scheduling and calendar management
- Basic bookkeeping support
- Provide support to established and new clients
- A variety of related office support duties
Requirements:
- 2+ years of like admin/office support experience
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic QuickBooks
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to help where and when needed
