Pittsburgh (Gibsonia area) company in need of experienced Administrative Assistant. Selected candidate will provide a full range of admin support to management staff.

Duties to include:

  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Preparation of general correspondence, reports and presentations
  • Assist with social media apps as needed
  • Answer phones and transfer to appropriate parties
  • Meet and greet visitors, clients and vendors as needed


  • Previous like admin support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills, general understanding of various social media platforms
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Flexible personality and willing to assist where and when needed
