Pittsburgh (Blawnox area) financial services company is in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.
Duties to include:
Phone coverage and customer service
Preparation of correspondence, reports and spreadsheets
Scheduling and calendar management
Assist brokers with various projects
A variety of related admin and general office support duties
Requirements:
Previous like admin support experience…experience within the industry is strongly preferred
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Proficient MSWord, Outlook and Excel skills
Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
Team players willing to help when/where needed
NOTE: Schedule is 3 days per week (Mon, Tues and Thurs)
