Inside Sales Representative ($40,000-45,000 per year)

Pittsburgh (Blawnox area) manufacturing materials supply company is in need of an Inside Sales Representative.

Duties to include:

·         Communicating with customers/vendors following up on quotes/orders

·         Understanding customers’ needs and identifying sales opportunities

·         Answering potential customers’ questions and providing additional information per email

·         Keeping up with product and service information and updates

·         Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services

·         Staying informed about competing products and services

·         Up selling products and services

Requirements:

·         Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.

·         Professional communication skills, both verbal and written.

·         Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.

·         Exceptional customer service skills.

·         Strong listening and sales skills.

·         Proficient PC skills with ability to learn new software as needed
