Pittsburgh conference/meeting planning services company needs to fill multiple openings.

Duties to include:

· Setting up and managing virtual meetings

· Processing reservations and inquiries

· Work with other offices to coordinate higher profile events

· Handling customer service request

· Participate in customer focused teams

· Cross training with other departments


· Bachelor’s degree

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Previous customer service, call center or help desk experience preferred

· Proficient PC skills

· Bilingual skills (Spanish or Portuguese) a plus

NOTE: This is an ongoing temporary assignment. Full time hours during peak times and part-time hours during non-peak.
