Pittsburgh area communications group is in need of a Customer Care Associate. The selected candidate will be involved with managing virtual meetings, processing reservations, and providing top notch customer service.
Responsibilities
· Setting up and managing virtual meetings
· Processing customer reservations and inquiries
· Working with satellite offices to coordinate high profile events
· Establishing a good rapport with customers
· Handling customer service requests
· Participating in customer-focused teams
· Cross training in other departments
Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Good phone presence
· Excellent verbal/English skills
· Good interpersonal and organizational skills
· Customer service / call center / help desk experience preferred
· PC/Windows basic skills required
· Knowledge of a second language [Spanish or Portuguese] a plus
