Pittsburgh area investment services group is seeking a Portfolio Administrator.  The selected candidate will work directly with group’s Partners and Portfolio Managers as a vital part of their client relationship team.

Duties to include:

·         Client onboarding

·         Account set-up and maintenance

·         Portfolio accounting

·         Money movement and client reporting

·         Additional client services responsibilities as needed

Requirements:

·         Knowledge of investment advisory business and compliance principles

·         Understanding of investment operations processes such as account reconciliation, cashiering, new account opening and maintenance, trust account structures and documents, required minimum distributions (RMD’s) and performance reporting

·         Experience with portfolio management systems, (Tamarac Reporting preferred), custodial client service and trading platforms

·         Client Relationship Management (CRM) (Tamarac CRM preferred)

·         Rebalancing software, (Tamarac Trading preferred)

·         Proficiency in MSWord, Excel, and PowerPoint

·         Series 65 license (preferred but not necessary)

·         Strong work ethic, good judgment, ability to work independently

·         Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

·         Excellent organization, prioritization, and problem-solving skills

·         Flexible attitude and approach to work and ability to meet and adjust to deadlines
