Pittsburgh area organization is in need of an experience Administrative/Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

· Answer incoming calls and take accurate messages for manager and staff

· Greet any visitors and client walk-ins

· Manage incoming emails and direct to the appropriate individuals on staff

· Prepare general business correspondence, spreadsheets and related

· Create and maintain an effective electronic and manual filing system

· Process A/P and A/R, maintain and reconcile checking account all with QuickBooks

· Prepare and process payroll on a biweekly basis; maintains records of leave.

· Prepare quarterly and year-end reports, W-2s and 1099s

· Prepare / file all local, state, and federal reports

· Order and inventory office as needed

· Maintain a calendar and administer any needed documentation

· Assist with the planning of seasonal and special events

Requirements:

· 5+ years of like administrative and accounting support experience

· Proficient MSOffice and QuickBooks skills

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to produce accurate results in a timely manner

· Strong organizational and multitasking skills

· Ability to meet deadlines in faster paced office

· Team player willing to assist where and when needed
