Greensburg area company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their project management team.
Duties to include:
- Schedule meetings and record minutes
- Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups to keep schedules organized
- Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
- Prepare and distribute project materials
- Create weekly workflow
- Manage data and create spreadsheets
- Develop visually appealing presentations
- Efficiently handle email and manage calendars
- Track expenses and work on budget forecasts
- Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
- Maintain an organized systems for file storage and retrieval
Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient MSOffice skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Team player willing to help where and when needed
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and efficient calendar management
- Experience in file sharing and collaboration platforms
- Knowledge of project management, flow charts, documentation preferred
- Project management software knowledge is a plus
- Assoc degree required, Bachelor’s in business, finance or accounting preferred
