Greensburg area company is in need of an experienced Administrative Assistant to support their project management team.

Duties to include:

  • Schedule meetings and record minutes
  • Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups to keep schedules organized
  • Act as point of contact for the project team and facilitate communications
  • Prepare and distribute project materials
  • Create weekly workflow
  • Manage data and create spreadsheets
  • Develop visually appealing presentations
  • Efficiently handle email and manage calendars
  • Track expenses and work on budget forecasts
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Maintain an organized systems for file storage and retrieval

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
  • Proficient MSOffice skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Team player willing to help where and when needed
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools and efficient calendar management
  • Experience in file sharing and collaboration platforms
  • Knowledge of project management, flow charts, documentation preferred
  • Project management software knowledge is a plus
  • Assoc degree required, Bachelor’s in business, finance or accounting preferred
