Pittsburgh area company in need of an Accounting/Invoicing Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Process accurate invoices of transactions for various branches

·         Apply cash and credit card payments   

·         General customer service/client support

·         Work closely with other departments to include warehouse, sales, and transportation    

Requirements:

·         1+ year of like accounting/invoicing experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong attention to detail in producing accurate results

·         Excellent customer service skills

·         Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

·         Self-starter/Team player
