Pittsburgh area construction firm is in need of an Office Manager/Payroll Specialist.  The selected candidate will be responsible for:

·         Processing certified payroll

·         Job costing and account reconciliations

·         Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets

·         A variety of related admin and bookkeeping related functions

Requirements:

·         Previous certified payroll experience a must

·         Proficient MSWord, Excel and QuickBooks skills

·         Strong analytical skills

·         Excellent multitasking and organizational skills

·         Construction industry experience strongly preferred
