Pittsburgh (Squirrel Hill) area technology company in need of an experienced Office Administrator.

Duties to include:

·         Preparation of general business correspondence, spreadsheets and presentations

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Basic accounting/bookkeeping support

·         Assist with onboarding of new staff members

·         Project support as needed with various teams

·         A variety of related administrative and general office support duties

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

·         Working (basic) knowledge of QuickBooks

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

·         Team player willing to help when and where needed

·         Previous like experience with a technology/software firm is a plus
