Pittsburgh area company is seeking a reliable and organized Receptionist / Administrative Assistant to provide front desk and administrative support on a temporary 3-month basis. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations, delivering excellent customer service, and assisting staff with a variety of administrative tasks.

Duties to include:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars as needed
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document management
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory
  • Support team members with administrative tasks and special projects
  • Handle confidential information with discretion

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role  
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Professional appearance and attitude
