Pittsburgh area manufacturing company is in need of an experienced Office Administrator.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in answering and directing incoming phone calls and emails as needed

· Work within ERP system, Prophet 21 Modules

· Order entry for the Testing Division

· Assist with vendor purchasing

· Creation of customer cleanroom reports from data supplied by technicians

· Monitor customer collections

· Assist the Testing Division with maintaining equipment compliance records

· Performing additional tasks as instructed, such as labeling vendor literature, mailing testing reminders, etc.

Requirements:

· High School Diploma; Associates degree in office administration or relevant field is preferred

· Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Excel, Word, Visio, and Outlook

· Experience in office management software (ERP is Prophet 21)

· Outstanding communication and organizational skills

· Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

· Excellent customer service skills
