Metals industrial supplies company is in need of administrative/office support. Full and part-time schedules are available.
Duties to include:
· Answer incoming phone calls
· Enter daily/weekly records in an accurate manner to include A/P, receipt of materials, outbound shipments, other related product data
· Exercise proper procedures related to operating scale and announcing deliveries
· Accurately take and process orders to include arranging trucks and tracking outbound schedules
Requirements:
· Strong organizational and administrative skills
· Proficient PC skills
· Professional verbal and written communication skills
