Pittsburgh area professional services firm in need of a motivated individual to work in direct, daily collaboration with company Principal. 

Duties to include:

·         Preparation of various correspondence, proposals and reports

·         Filing, in paper and digital form, per office standards

·         Copying/scanning and e-mail transmissions

·         Maintenance of documents on our server using office standard directories/systems

·         Assist bookkeeper (w/typing, Invoicing, bank deposits, and mail pick-up).

·         Assist with administration of real Estate entities and properties.

·         Social Media management/posts and updates


·         3+ years of like administrative support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSOffice and Adobe skills

·         Strong organizational skills

·         Team player

NOTE:  Position will begin as part-time 20-24 hours per week and expand to full time 32-40 hours per week.
