Pittsburgh (Southside) area non-profit in need of a capable Administrative Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Preparation of business correspondence, reports and spreadsheets

·         Phone coverage and client support

·         Assist with various projects as required

·         A variety of related admin and general office support duties

Requirements:

·         3+ years of like admin support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSWord, Outlook and Excel skills; Access is a plus

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Team player

NOTE:  This is a four month assignment.
