Pittsburgh distribution company is in need of a Customer Service / Accounting Assistant.

Duties to include:

·         Answering phones and taking customer orders or routing calls appropriately

·         Retrieving Shopify web orders and processing them to internal Sales Orders

·         Process and track Return / Exchange Authorizations for timely completion

·         Process outgoing shipping via UPS Worldship, FedEx and LTL freight shipping

·         Process claims for UPS & FedEx damaged / lost boxes

·         Research and resolve customer issues

·         Daily processing of customer invoices and payments

·         Process AR, AP along with purchase orders and bill transactions utilizing QuickBooks

·         Track and reconcile PO’s and vendor bills in QuickBooks

·         Research and resolve vendor issues

Requirements:

·         Proficient in Microsoft Office products

·         Knowledge of QuickBooks is a plus…will train

·         Able to learn new processes and software quickly

·         Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

·         Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
