Pittsburgh area general contractor is in need of an experienced Accounting/Business Specialist.

Duties to include:

Accounts Payable (reviewing invoices and entering into system for payment)
Customer invoicing and monitoring and maintaining
Accounts Receivable Aging Report
Research and respond to billing inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner
Payroll Processing and monthly union report preparation – compile and review source documents, such as timesheets, expenses for accuracy, entry and report preparation
Posting customer receipts
Maintain electronic filing systems
Greeting visitors and answering incoming operator phone calls to the business
Preparing correspondence and emails using Microsoft Office applications


Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products with a focus on Microsoft Excel
Demonstrate an understanding of general accounting practices
Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proven Organizational Skills
Willingness to learn new things
Minimum 2 years of experience – Associates degree
