Pittsburgh area corporation in need of H.R. Generalist/Assistant. .

Selected candidate will:

·         Provide basic Generalist related support in conjunction with other current H.R. staff. 

·         Organize, compile, update company personnel records and documentation

·         Manage and update HR databases

·         Prepare, manage and store paperwork for HR policies and procedures

·         Maintain schedule and coordinate calendar activities

·         Assist recruiters as needed with related functions.

·         Create reports as needed

Requirements:

·         1+ year of like H.R. Generalist/Admin experience

·         Experience related to Learning and Development programs preferred

·         Proficient MSOffice skills

·         Professional interpersonal and communication skills

·         Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

NOTE:  Assignment is fully remote to start.
