Downtown Pittsburgh non-profit in need of capable administrative assistant to provide support to executive staff member.

Duties to include:

  • Calendar and schedule management
  • Preparation of various correspondence, spreadsheets and donor reports
  • Provide professional support to donors and internal staff
  • Assist with a variety of related projects and events

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of like administrative support experience
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills
  • Proficiency with Blackbaud donor software required
