Pittsburgh area organization in need of support during an upcoming 3–4 month project.  The selected candidates will be the main contact for all questions related to payroll and attendance issues during an upcoming educational program.

Duties to include:

·        Verify I9 forms accuracy via an HR portal

·        Be proactive in ensuring time has been entered into time and attendance

·        Verify accuracy of hours entered in Time and Attendance and proactively contact provider if no time has been entered

·        Answer all questions from participants regarding their time entry and related payroll

·        A variety of related administrative and clerical support duties

Requirements:

·        Experience with HR/Payroll software platforms, experience with ADP is a plus

·        Exceptionally organized with excellent attention to detail

·        Troubleshooter and problem solver

·        Excellent customer service and communication skills

·        Proficient PC skills

·        Ability to work independently while meeting established deadlines
