Pittsburgh area full services insurance brokerage is in need of a Sales Support Specialist.

Duties to include:

· Further develop current client relationship

· Assist in the development of steady referral opportunities

· Act as partner for in-house advisors and firm staff while developing additional relationships

· Drive activity to develop a pipeline of opportunities and sales results

· Engage in continuous trainingand participate in meetings and study groups with peers.

· Produce optimal results with case management, underwriting and marketing specialists

· Provide timely and consistent activity documentation

Requirements:

· Previous experience within insurance and/or financial services

· Professional verbal and written communication skills

· Proficient MSOffice skills with ability to learn new software as required

· Working knowledge of social media platforms

· Excellent multitasking and time management skills

· High degree of accuracy in all work

· Team player with a willingness to assist where needed

· Bachelor’s degree is preferred

· Insurance and securities licensed is preferred
