Pittsburgh area company in need of a candidate with excellent administrative and organizational skills to support their Human Resources team with a wide range of departmental functions.

Duties to include:

  • Heavy scheduling and calendar management of interviews
  • Support onboarding processes and new hire documentation
  • Manage employee records and data entry within HRIS system
  • Assist with benefits enrollment, changes and related
  • Support training & development programs, report generation and variety of related administrative and general clerical support duties

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of like administrative support experience; within an H.R. setting is a plus.
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient MSOffice skills with heavy usage of Outlook for calendaring
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data entry and contract administration.
  • Proven ability to handle confidential information
  • Team player willing to help wherever needed
