Pittsburgh area real estate law firm in need of experienced Closing Coordinator. Selected candidate will work directly with the Title Processor to ensure that all real estate transactions close timely and without issue.

Requirements:

· 2+ years of like experience

· Detail oriented and efficient at multi-tasking

· Able to work independently with minimal direction

Duties to include:

· Requesting lien letters, tax certifications, and any/all other items as required for property transactions

· Entering the property/transaction information in the Underwriter’s software and submitting the subsequent title search order

· Filing municipal documents as they are received and contacting the municipalities, realtors, and/or sellers for status updates on outstanding documents

· Mailing out closing disbursements, executed loan packages, and title policies/recorded instruments

· Updating transaction logs and alerting the Title Processor of outstanding items needed for closing

· Assisting with general filing/other administrative tasks as needed
