Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of an administrative/operations support candidate.

Duties to include:

·         Manage special projects and initiatives including but not limited to:

·         Review and validate program data for compliance and quality

·         Assist with data creation and reporting in Microsoft Excel

·         Develop and format slide decks for internal and external presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint

·         Follow organized process flows and procedures across multiple functions

·         Prepare electronic files and documents, as needed

·         Perform related internal and external research and data analysis, as requested

·         Support other functions of the department to include administrative

Requirements:

·         Bachelors Degree

·         Proficient in MSOffice to include Excel and PowerPoint

·         Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Strong analytical skills to interpret data trends, troubleshoot issues, evaluate incoming tasks

·         Previous experience within the banking or financial services sector a plus
