Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group is in need of a capable Administrative Assistant in their H.R. Department.

Responsibilities:

· Direct incoming requests to appropriate staff member.

· Data entry into HR system – People Soft – which includes but is not limited to: requisition number assignment, job postings, interview schedules, resume entry.

· Post job information on various job boards.

· Run weekly position report for review and distribution.

· Handling candidate scheduling for HR Representative and / or business units (as directed by HR Representative).

· Work with other Assistants on various office / clerical tasks and/or recruiting associated tasks.

· Filing – personnel files and other misc filing.

Requirements:

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

· General office experience in professional setting.

· Data entry experience.

· General telephone experience working with multiple lines.

· Proficient MSWord, Excel and Outlook

· Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional manner.
