Downtown Pittsburgh financial services group in need of an experienced Accounting Assistant

Requirements:

·         Strong data entry with excellent accuracy

·         Excellent customer service skills for external client and internal employee contact

·         Professional communication skills

·         Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

·         Oracle experience is preferred

·         Understanding of T&E policy to assist with expense report review for employee reimbursement

·         Must be detailed oriented

·         One year of business experience

Responsibilities:

·         Invoice entry using Oracle Financials  

·         Validation of payments

·         Filing payment support

·         Complete vendor payments vis credit card as needed

·         Expense report review as needed

·         Projects support as needed
