Professional downtown company is in need of a capable Receptionist/Office Assistant.
Duties to include:
- Answer and forward all incoming calls
- Meet & greet all clients and visitors
- Prepare general correspondence
- Calendar and conference room management
- Assist other support staff with a variety of related functions and projects to include event organization
Requirements:
- Professional verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Proficient MSWord skills
- Ability to work independently while supporting others as needed
