Pittsburgh company in need of an Admin/Recruiter Assistant to work with H.R. team in support of their recruitment process. This role will primarily focus on reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth candidate experience from application through selection.

Duties to include:

  • Review and screen incoming resumes to identify qualified candidates based on job requirements
  • Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview details, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various job boards
  • Conduct initial phone screenings when required
  • Ensure timely communication throughout the hiring process
  • Support HR team with administrative tasks related to recruitment

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • 1–2 years of experience in HR or recruitment support preferred
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Attention to detail
  • Multitasking and prioritization
