Downtown Pittsburgh company in need of a part-time Receptionist/Admin Assistant.

Duties to include: 

·         Answer incoming phone calls

·         Preparation of general correspondence and spreadsheets

·         Scheduling and calendar management

·         Assist with various projects as needed

·         A variety of related general office support duties

Requirements:

·         Previous like admin/office support experience

·         Professional verbal and written communication skills

·         Proficient MSWord and Outlook skills; basic Excel skills

·         Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

NOTE:  The schedule in M, W, F (24 hours per week)
